It’s been a challenging time for everyone, but after weeks of Lockdown, businesses are starting to reopen their doors and we’re seeing positive steps being taken to regain some control over our economy.
Although it may be a return to business, we’re still a long way off ‘business as usual’. The threat of COVID-19 is still very real, and businesses are going above and beyond to ensure the appropriate social distancing and hygiene procedures are in place for the health and wellbeing of its employees, customers and communities.
We want to reassure you that we’re still here to support your business, and we’re taking steps to ensure we can do it safely whilst respecting the Government guidelines for ‘the new normal’ we find ourselves living in.
We work with experienced couriers who have contingency plans in place to minimise disruptions to collections and deliveries, whilst ensuring our customers needs are met. Currently, all services appear to be operating smoothly. Should there be any delays to services or specific Countries, we will advise.
SIGNING FOR AND RECEIVING GOODS
Our couriers are also ensuring they take the neccessary measures to minimise any risks whilst maintaining service. Drivers will no longer obtain signatures in order to minimise contact, and will leave parcels in safe places if they cannot leave with the named contact directly.
For anyone arriving at our premises to collect, please note we have some restrictions in place when you visit to help keep you and our staff safe. This includes a one-way walk flow system, social distancing and hand cleaning.
