With England entering a second Lockdown on Thursday 5th November, we are keen to reassure you that once again we’re taking all the necessary steps to remain operational, whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers.
Currently, service from our warehouse remains uninterrupted – we are still operational and shipping daily to customers Worldwide.

As usual, you can place your orders directly online and they will be processed by our warehouse.
We work with experienced couriers who have contingency plans in place to minimise disruptions to collections and deliveries, whilst ensuring our customers needs are met. Currently, all services appear to be operating smoothly. Should there be any delays to services or specific Countries, we will advise.
SIGNING FOR AND RECEIVING GOODS
Our couriers are also ensuring they take the neccessary measures to minimise any risks whilst maintaining service. Drivers will no longer obtain signatures in order to minimise contact, and will leave parcels in safe places if they cannot leave with the named contact directly.
